Meaning the issue isn't just with one program, but both Outlook and Internet explorer - and there is nothing track able - meaning I don't have an issue with a specific type of email, or a specific webpage. "it isn't just Outlook - it isn't every message. Ok, without being verbal, it's difficult to convey things correctly.
